IMPORTANT UPDATE – CHANGES TO MOL REWARDS
Dear MoL Rewards Member,
We hope this message finds you well and enjoying the latest from our collections.
First and foremost, thank you for being a valued member of our community and a participant in our loyalty program. Your support means the world to us, and it’s been a joy to reward your loyalty over the past few years.
After careful consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to retire our loyalty program, effective August 31, 2024. This change is necessary to ensure that we can continue to offer you the high-quality products and exceptional service you’ve come to expect from us. We also recognize that, over time, the program has seen lower usage, which has led us to rethink how we can best serve and reward you in more meaningful ways.
We understand that this may be disappointing, and we want you to know that this decision was not made lightly. We’ve listened to your feedback and are committed to finding new and innovative ways to reward your loyalty in the future.
What this means for you:
• Points Redemption: You will still be able to redeem any remaining points you have through August 31, 2024, 11:59 PM PST. Please take advantage of this
opportunity to use your points on your purchase of a full-priced, Margaret O'Leary item before the program concludes.
•Previously, you could apply up to 500 points per transaction. Going forward, the maximum amount of points that can be applied will be 250 points per item.
This ensures you can use as many points as you’d like during a purchase, however you will only be able to apply a maximum of 250 points to any single item.
•Looking Ahead: While this program is ending, we’re already hard at work planning exciting new ways to show our appreciation for your continued support. Stay tuned for updates!
