EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We thank you for your patience as we do our best to manage operations safely for our team during the current Shelter In Place order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be credited once it has arrived to our warehouse.
Exchange in Store
Please bring your packing slip and merchandise to any Margaret O'Leary store. We'll exchange your purchase in accordance with our policy.
1. Please click the Return Center link here to start your exchange request. You will need your Order Number listed on the packing slip. If you need assistance with the return label, it can be printed at any Fedex Store.
2. Place a new order online for your replacement item.
3. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
For additional customer support on Exchanges or general size/fit questions, please call us at 650-513-2400 (10 AM to 6 PM Pacific) within 21 days of receiving your online order.
-We accept returns on merchandise within 21 days of upon receiving your online order.
-We can only accept merchandise that has not been worn or washed. We ask that all original tags be attached. Please use the original packaging.
-Returns exceeding the 21-day limit will be subjected to a restocking fee of 15%.
-Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
-Upon receipt of the merchandise, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
-You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.
