EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love your order from Margaret O'Leary! In the event that your purchase does not work out, we've made it quick and easy to return your items.


To exchange or return an item bought at a physical Margaret O'Leary store, please contact the store you purchased from

 

Holiday Returns

Merchandise purchased between 11/1 - 12/24/22 will be considered for exchange or refund, when returned by 1/10/23, in original condition, and accompanied by the original sales receipt for in-store purchases. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Items with a gift receipt can be exchanged or returned for store credit. All cash purchases will be refunded in the form of a mail check. Jewelry and sale items are final sale.

Exchange in Store
Please bring your packing slip and merchandise to any Margaret O'Leary store
We are happy to exchange your purchase in accordance with our policy. 

Exchange Online
We are only able to make sizing and color exchanges for the same style at this time.
If you would like to exchange for a new item please place a separate order online and return the original item.

 Refunds will be issued in the form of which payment was received.

 Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Returns In Store

For an expedited return process please bring your packing slip and merchandise to any Margaret O'Leary store.

Our store teams are happy to collect your return and initiate the return. 

In store returns are processed in the same manner as our Return Online policy states. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days.


Returns Online

We accept returns on merchandise within 21 days of receiving your online order. 

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into original bag with all labels and tags attached. 

Returns exceeding the 21-day limit may be subjected to a restocking fee of 15% with accommodation approval.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Some marked down items may be subject to final sale. Please read the product's description for details.

Upon our receipt of the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.

Gift cards are final sale.

International Returns

Return labels are not provided for international returns, but please contact us at web@margaretoleary.com to request a return authorization.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Taxes and duties are not reimbursed by Margaret O'Leary. Please contact your local customs department for reimbursement.
