RETURN POLICY
We hope you are thrilled with your purchase! If you do need to return or exchange, requests are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. Items can only be returned or exchanged if they have not been worn/washed and must have all tags attached and be in original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise. Please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) by calling 650-344-9051 or emailing burlingame@margaretoleary.com. At this time we cannot accept online returns at any of our store locations other than our Burlingame location. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA). Return package must be postmarked within 48 hours of receiving your RA. Return packages postmarked after this time will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the retail price of items returned, deducted from your refund.
Please call 650-344-9051 or email Burlingame@margaretoleary.com to request an RA. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

Be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend that you choose a shipping service that allows you to track your package. Margaret O’Leary cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.
EXCHANGES
Please contact 650-344-9051 to assist you with your exchange. We will place a new order and waive your shipping and handling fees for the new merchandise. Please note that exchanges are not available with merchandise purchased from our retail stores.

Margaret O'Leary, Inc. does not have the ability to control or predict the charges that may be incurred for international orders.
