Exchange & Return Policy
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted on online merchandise within 14 days of receiving your goods. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Items can only be returned or exchanged if they have not been worn/washed and must have all tags attached in original packaging. Returns and exchanges are not permitted on SALE merchandise. No return merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA). RAs can be requested by calling 650-344-9051 or emailing email@example.com. At this time we cannot accept online returns at any of our store locations other than our Burlingame location. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
