REWARDS FAQ'S

How do I sign up?

It’s easy. Visit our rewards page and click the “JOIN NOW” button. Enter your name, email address and a password to sign up.

If you’ve made purchases in the previous year, be sure to create your account using the same email address you used at checkout so that you get access your points.

How do I earn points?

Every dollar spent earns you one point: $1 spent = 1 point earned.

There are also a series of actions that can be taken to earn additional points, for example following Margaret O'Leary on Instagram. Check out our  "Earn Points” section of our rewards page for more earning opportunities.

How do I use my points towards purchases?

Visit our rewards page and scroll to "Redeem My Points". Click on the amount you would like to redeem and copy & paste your redemption code at checkout. Shopping in-store? Show your code to a stylist and they will take care of the rest. Not ready to use your discount? Save your code and use it later! Redemptions cannot be combined with other promotions.

How do I check my points balance?

Simply log into your account here and you will see your total points balance. You can also click the “REWARDS HISTORY” button to see your points history in detail.

Do points expire?

Yes, points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Here’s how to stay “active” so you don’t let your points expire:

• Making a purchase
• Earning a points reward through an action. This includes all rewards outlined in full in the “Ways to earn points” section of our loyalty page except for earning points via the birthday reward.
• Referral completion
• Referral share
• Redeeming points

Customers who surpass 12 months without completing one of the above-mentioned actions will lose their accrued point balance.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

When items are refunded, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your point balance. If you have used points on a refunded purchase, those points will also be returned to your account.

Can I earn loyalty points by shopping in-store?

Yes, you can! Login into your account and scroll to the receipt scanning button. Click on it and upload a photo of your receipt. Your points will be updated in your account within 2-4 business days. Receipts will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Having trouble? Ask your in-store stylist for help!

Why did I not receive my birthday points?

In order for you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday. If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30 day waiting period afterwards, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up. All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year. 

Will purchases I made before I created my account earn me points?

Yes, points associated with purchases within the last 12 months will populate your points balance once you create an account.

The exception to this rule is purchases made prior to June 2021 (see immediately prior FAQ).

How long does my VIP status last?


VIP statuses are calculated on a rolling 12-month basis. In other words, a dynamic 12-month period starts when a given customer reaches a certain tier.

For example, if you become a VIP on January 10th, 2023, then you will retain that tier until January 10th, 2024, at which point your new tier will be recalculated based on the amount you have spent in the trailing 12 months.
