Exchanges:
We are delighted to help with an exchange if something is not quite right! Please visit margaretoleary.myreturnscenter.com to request your exchange. We will place a new order and waive your shipping and handling fees for the new merchandise.
For additional size and fit questions, call us at 650-513-2400 (10 AM to 6 PM Pacific) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns:
We accept returns on merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the order. We can only accept them back if they have not been worn or washed and we ask that all tags be attached. Please use the original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.
Please visit margaretoleary.myreturnscenter.com to submit your return request. Returns exceeding the 14-day limit will be subjected to a restocking fee of 15%.
Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.
